Turn In Those Extra Treasury Notes

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (2)
  • Dates: August 8 - 12

Fallout 76 recently had a Gold Rush Weekend. And, as always, it was a very welcome boost for players. It's very easy to get large quantities of Treasury Notes. This is especially true for high-level players who can be sitting on a literal gold mine.

When a Gold Rush Weekend is upon us, you want to maximize your chances to earn as many Treasury Notes as possible in Fallout 76. Here's how.

1

Gold Rush Weekends allow players to turn in 80 Treasure Notes per day instead of the regular 40. The Gold Rush Weekend will run from August 8 - 12. So, it's possible to earn a whopping 3200 Gold Bullion if the player hands in 80 Treasury Notes each day during the event.

2 Mothman Equinox

Return Of The Mothman

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (4)
  • Dates: August 13 - 27

The Mothman Equinox event pops up a couple of times per year. It's one of those events that gets the whole server working as a team at the top of every hour. With the Mothman Equinox coming back so soon, it's a good chance for players to get their hands on any Mothman plans that they may be missing.

The event will run from August 13 - 27, so there's plenty of time for players to hop on and join in on the Mothman mayhem.

3 Treasure Hunter Weekend

Take Down Mole Miners

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (5)
  • Dates: August 29 - September 2

The Treasure Hunter Event is a very popular one as it allows players to grind for rare plans, junk, legendary items, and Scrip. During Treasure Hunter Weekends, Appalachia will be overrun by Treasure Hunter Mole Miners. These Mole Miners will let out an audible cue to alert the player that one is nearby.

When killed, these creatures will drop one of three Mole Miner Pails: A Dusty Pail, Mole Miner Pale, and Ornate Mole Miner Pail. The Ornate Pails are the most valuable as they have the best chance of containing rare rewards.

4 Legendary Vendor Sales

Get More Value For Scrip

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (6)
  • Dates: June 13-17, September 5-9

Legendary Vendor Sales are great for getting legendary items at a discounted price. Usually, players will get 25% off on all weapons, armor, and Power Armor pieces sold by Purveyor Murmrgh at the Rusty Pick.

Unfortunately, Legendary Vendor Sales don't affect the price of Legendary Modules. But it is still a fun way for players to roll the dice and hopefully get something nice. Two Legendary Vendor Sales are coming up, one between June 13 and 17 and the other between September 5 and 9.

5 Murmrgh's Special Pick

A Special Mystery Pick

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (7)
  • Dates: August 1 - 5, September 19 - 23

The Purveyor will be very busy over the next couple of months! On top of her Legendary Vendor Sales, Murmrgh will have two weekends where she will be selling a discounted mystery box.

What makes this one different from the Legendary Vendor Sale is the fact that players don't get to choose whether they get a legendary weapon, an armor piece, or a Power Armor Piece. For the cost of 60 Scrip per mystery box, players can try their luck at getting a quality legendary item.

6 Double Score Weekends

Race Through The Season

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (8)
  • Dates: June 20-24, August 8-12, September 26-30

With Season 17 live in the game, players will do whatever they can to progress through the ranks as fast as possible. As the name suggests, Double Score Weekends allow players to rank up twice as fast.

There are three Double Score Weekends coming up over the next few months. There's one that runs between June 20 - 24, another on August 8 - 12, and a third one that goes from September 26-30.

7 Double XP Weekends

Level Up Twice As Fast

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (10)
  • Dates: July 4 - 8, September 12 - 16

Double XP events are common in many online games, and Fallout 76 is no different. Over the next few months, there will be two Double XP Weekends. The first one runs from July 4 - 8, and the second will be from September 12 - 16.

For those who want to earn more perk cards or even level up their legendary perk cards, Double XP Weekends are the best times to do it. To make the most out of Double XP Weekends, use things like Lunchboxes and other XP-boosting consumables to plow through levels.

8 Holiday Scorched

A Strange Time For A Festive Event

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (11)
  • Dates: July 23 - August 6

For some reason, Holiday Scorched will be returning to Appalachia between July 23 and August 6. While it's a little early to be celebrating Christmas, it's a fun event that players enjoy.

Similar to Treasure Hunter Mole Miners, Holiday Scorched will be dotted all over the map. They emit an audible cue when one is nearby. Not only do Holiday Scorched drop legendary items, but they also drop Holiday Gifts that can be opened for fun rewards and rare plans.

9 Scrip Surplus

Free Up Some Stash Weight

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (12)
  • Dates: Jun 27 - Jul 1, July 11 - 15, September 26 - 30

Stash management is a big part of Fallout 76. For those who don't have a Fallout 1st subscription, it can feel like an impossible task to keep stash weight down. Since players can only hand in 500 Scrip per day, there are lots of players who have multiple characters weighed down with literally hundreds of legendary items.

Scrip Surplus Weekends allow players to turn in double the amount of Scrip, meaning that each day, players can hand in up to 1000 Scrip at Legendary Vending Machines.

10 Pioneer Scout's Uncharted Lands Challenge

A New Limited-Time Challenge

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (13)
  • Dates: August 6 - 19

Over the years, players have seen several special one-off challenges, like the Spring Cleaning Challenge Event. These limited-time challenges give players the chance to earn some rare rewards like CAMP items and weapon skins.

Typically, these events are spread across two weeks. Each week, there will be a list of challenges for players to complete. Each challenge completed will award the player a small item like a couple of Legendary Modules or some repair kits. If the player completes most of the challenges during the two weeks, then they will be awarded some unique items.

11 Caps-A-Plenty Weekend

Earn Some Extra Caps

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (14)
  • Dates: July 25-29

Robot Vendors usually have a daily Cap limit of 1400. During Caps-A-Plenty Weekends, that limit is doubled to 2800. This is great for those players who are holding onto lots of Purified Water that they'd like to sell for a profit.

While it's not the most exciting event in Fallout 76, it's a good way to make a few extra Caps with minimal effort. During Caps-A-Plenty Weekends, it's a good time to pick up everything in sight and sell it to the Vendor Bots.

12 Fasnacht

A Summer Fasnacht Celebration

Fallout 76: 12 Things That Are Coming Soon To The Game (15)
  • Dates: June 25- Jul 9

When Bethesda announced that there would be another Fasnacht Event this year, players were confused, as Fasnacht is a real-world event that takes place earlier in the year.

However, this is usually a very popular event. While it may decrease the rarity of the existing masks, new masks are supposed to be added to the loot pool. If so, then there will be lots of players grinding the event in the hopes of getting one of the new rare masks.
